摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法对皮革中喹啉含量进行了测定。通过对前处理条件(提取方式、提取溶剂、水浴温度、水浴时间)的优化,建立了皮革中喹啉的检测方法。实验结果表明,喹啉标准曲线线性范围为1.0~200.0 mg/kg,线性相关系数在0.999以上,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,空白样品及阳性样品中回收率均在85%~120%之间,相对标准偏差在2%~10%之间。所建立方法可用于皮革中喹啉含量的测试。Quinoline in leather was determinated by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The preliminary treatment conditions were optimized including extraction method,extraction solvent,temperature and time.The results demonstrated that the standard curve linear range of quinoline was 1.0~200.0 mg/kg,the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 and the detection limit was 1.0 mg/kg.The recoveries of quinoline in blank samples and positive samples were between 85%and 120%,and the relative standard deviation were between 2%and 10%.The established method can be used to determine the content of quinoline in leather.
