摘　　要：文章结合焊接设备监测技术发展与研究现状,针对有线传输方式在汽车悬挂式点焊质量监控系统中设计应用所存在的不足,提出一种基于无线网络的汽车悬挂式点焊质量监控系统设计方案,并对其具体设计和应用实现进行研究,以供参考。In this paper,combined with the development and research status of welding equipment monitoring technology,aiming at the shortcomings of the design and application of wire transmission mode in the automobile suspension welding quality monitoring system,a design scheme of automobile suspension welding quality monitoring system based on wireless network is proposed,and its specific design and Application are studied for reference.
