摘　　要：随着汽车电子技术的发展和电控技术的日新月异,对电控故障的诊断提出了越来越高的要求。考虑到试制车间问题频发,项目切换频繁的特点,开发柔性示波仪转接盒,方便连接示波仪读取动态波形数据,协助工程师实现问题分析和精准排故,同时满足项目柔性切换、动态导通检测、模块单独刷新等多项功能,提升电控故障诊断的效率,减少返工浪费。With the development of electronic control technology of motors,it needs a much higher request for malfunction diagnose.Based on the character of pre-production plant,different programs change quickly,we develop a kind of flexible transfer box to read dynamic waveform and help engineer to locate malfunction and solve the problem.Furthermore,flexible connector meet different requirements,dynamic connection test and module refresh individually are also available,which improve the efficiency and avoid retrofit waste.
