摘  要:利用己内酰胺阴离子原位聚合制备聚醚型热塑性聚氨酯(TPEU)/单体铸浇聚酰胺6(MCPA6)原位复合材料,采用小角X射线散射(SAXS)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和动态力学热分析(DMA)等测试方法表征MC尼龙6原位复合体系原始结构的变化,研究原位复合材料破坏过程中的微纤形成机理。结果表明,通过原位聚合反应生成TPEU-co-PA6嵌段分子链,10%TPEU复合体系的特性黏数降低至1.46 dL/g。复合体系仅出现1个T g,两相的相容性得到提高。SAXS分析表明微观尺度仍存在微相分离,且非晶区密度逐渐降低。10%TPEU的加入使MCPA6结晶温度降低19.2℃,结晶度降低27.3%,结晶温度范围加宽,复合体系结晶完善程度降低。TPEU/MCPA6原位复合材料内部堆砌结构的变化促使基体在应力作用下原位形成微纤。The composite system of thermoplastic polyether-polyurethane(TPEU)/monomer cast polyamide 6(MCPA6)was prepared usingε-caprolactam(CPL)anion in-situ polymerization.The structure of MCPA6 in-situ composites was characterized by SAXS,DSC,DMA etc,and the microfibril formation mechanism of in-situ composite under destruction was realized.The results show that the TPEU-co-PA6 block molecular chains were formed by in-situ polymerization,and the intrinsic viscosity of the 10%TPEU composite system is decreased to 1.46 dL/g.Only one T g appears in the composite system,which indicates the compatibility of the two phases is enhanced.According to the results of SAXS,the micro-phase separation still exists at micro-scale,and the density of the amorphous region gradually drops.The addition of 10%TPEU reduces the crystallization temperature of MCPA6 by 19.2℃,reduces the crystallinity by 27.3%,widens the crystallization temperature range,and destroys the degree of crystallization integrity of the composite system.Changes in the internal stacking structure of TPEU/MCPA6 in-situ composites have caused the matrix to form microfiber morphology under stress.
