摘  要:耐久性混凝土作为一种新型混凝土代表,由于其掺加矿物掺和料,保证自身的密室结构及其他效应,能够保证混凝土优良的性能,所以不论在铁路、公路还是其他建筑领域都得到了广泛的应用,尤其是铁路领域,运用比较早而且技术比较成熟.虽然现在很多规范标准及其混凝土研究领域提及过混凝土双掺或多掺技术,但是双掺比例的大小并没有做明确规定,而且不同比例对混凝土性能的影响大小也没有做过专门研究.双掺比例的大小会直接影响耐久性混凝土的拌合物性能、混凝土强度及耐久性,尤其是在预制梁这种重要结构物中,需要进一步明确.依据TB/T3043-2005《预制后张法预应力混凝土铁路桥简支T梁技术条件》规范要求并结合安宁制梁场预制T梁混凝土施工要求,对粉煤灰、矿粉在不同掺配比例下的混凝土拌和物性能、强度和耐久性的影响对比试验,并对结果进行分析总结,论证了其适用性及可行性,为梁场降低成本,提高效率,保证质量提供依据,为以后预制梁场混凝土施工提供部分可借鉴作用.Durability concrete as a new concrete representative,as it is mixed with mineral admixture to ensure its own chamber structure and other effects,it can ensure the excellent performance of concrete,therefore,it has been widely used in railway,highway and other construction fields,especially in railway field. The application is relatively early and the technology is relatively mature. Although many codes and standards and concrete research fields have mentioned the technology of double mixing or multi mixing of concrete,the size of double mixing proportion has not been clearly defined, and the influence of different proportion on concrete performance has not been specially studied. The size of double mixing proportion will directly affect the performance,strength and durability of durable concrete,especially in the important structure of precast beam,which needs to be further clarified.According to TB/T3043-2005 "technical conditions for prefabricated post tensioned prestressed concrete railway bridge simply supported T-beam " and combined with the construction requirements of prefabricated T-beam concrete in Anning Beam Yard,this paper made a comparative test on the influence of fly ash and mineral powder on the performance,strength and durability of concrete mixture under different mixing proportion,analyzed and summarizes the results,and demonstrates its applicability and feasibility The beam yard can reduce cost,improve efficiency and ensure quality,which can be used for reference in the future concrete construction of precast beam yard.
