基于鼠类取食扁桃后遗留碎片的鼠种判别研究

摘　　要：研究汾西扁桃林中主要害鼠社鼠、岩松鼠、花鼠三种鼠类取食扁桃青果和扁桃干果时咬下的碎片,以碎片的长、宽、高(厚度)及质量为指标,进行差异性研究,结果表明,三种害鼠取食扁桃青果果皮时咬下碎片的长度、宽度及质量存在极显著的差异,可以用害鼠取食扁桃青果果皮时咬下的碎片区分出具体鼠种,但取食扁桃干果时咬下碎片的特征量上,三种害鼠之间无法完全分离,不适宜作为鼠种判别的指标。In this paper,we studied the bite fragments of young almond fruit and dried almond fruit of three kinds of rats,rattus confucianus,rock squirrel and flower rat,in the almond forest of Fenxi.The results showed that there were significant differences in the length,width and quality of the bite pieces when the three kinds of mice ate almond green fruit peel.The bite pieces can be used to distinguish the specific mouse species.However,in the feature quantity of bite pieces when they ate almond dry fruit,the three kinds of mice could not be completely separated,which was not suitable as the index of rat species identification.
