“00后”大学生心理特征分析及对策研究

摘　　要：2019年是建国70周年,也是“00后”逐渐占据大学半壁江山的一年。随着时间的推移,出生在新世纪的“00后”将逐渐承担起祖国的未来。由于种种原因,“00后”有其自身的心理特点与思想状况。探寻“00后”的心理状况、追寻这些心理特征形成的原因,从而进行针对性的心理健康和思想政治教育,是各高校亟待研究的一个命题。为了解决上述问题,以“00后”大学生为调研对象,把有关心理量表融入问卷中,通过问卷调查的方式,采用随机抽样和分层抽样方法,调查了山西省19所高校“00后”大学生的心理状况。以山西省内来自不同高校、不同家庭、不同成长环境、不同性别、不同专业的“00后”大学生为例,分析得出有关“00后”大学生心理素质特点的部分结论,并提出了一些针对性的有关心理健康和思想政治教育的对策。The year of 2019 is the 70th birthday for the establishment of PRC,and marks that post-2000s generation would take up half of college students.With the time passing by,those who were born after 2000 would gradually take responsibilities for the future of our country.Due to various reasons,post-2000s generation has their own psychological features and ideological states.It is a field waiting for deeper exploration to research on their psychological features and related reasons,to accordingly carry out mental health,ideological and political education for them.To help solve the problems,the research regards college students born after 2000 as research object,puts related psychological scale into questionnaire and conduct a survey about psychological situation of college students born after 2000 from 19 colleges of Shanxi Province,with the methods of random and stratified sampling.Taking college students from different college,family,growth background,gender,major as examples,the paper draws some conclusions on mental features of college students born after 2000,and makes related suggestions on how to improve mental health,ideological and political education.
