摘  要:《名医别录》是中国早期的医学专著,该书记载了大量中药材,此类药材有许多源自农作物,其中与人们生活息息相关的食用作物又占据多数。按照作物使用类别可以分为粮食类作物、蔬菜类作物、瓜果类作物以及其他经济作物。通过对它们名称、科属、种植或食用情况的爬梳与探讨,可以使我们对《别录》中所涉食用作物有一个初步了解。这对我们研究南北朝及其以前的农业史以及饮食史具有重要意义。Mingyi Bielu was a medical monograph in early China, and it recorded a large number of Chinese herbal medicines, many of which were derived from crops, with edible crops that were closely related to people’s lives as the majority. According to utilization category, it can be divided into grain crops, vegetable crops, melon and fruit crops and other cash crops. Through exploring their names, genus, cultivation or edible conditions, a preliminary understanding of the edible crops in Mingyi Bielu can be obtained, which is of great significance for studying the agricultural history and dietary history during the period before and in the Southern and Northern dynasties.
