摘　　要：基于液压连接器的使用工况和结构特点,确定采用四点弯曲加载原理进行液压连接器弯曲载荷试验的方案,据此设计了大吨位弯曲载荷试验装置,并对试验装置主承载件进行了有限元强度分析校核。利用该试验装置顺利完成了THC183/4-70Z锁块式液压连接器的弯曲载荷试验,试验过程中通过对被试件进行应力测试,反向计算得到的弯矩值与试验台数据采集系统采集到的弯矩值进行了对比验证,证明该试验装置精度满足液压连接器弯曲载荷试验。Based on the working conditions and structural characteristics of the hydraulic connector, the scheme of the bending load test of the hydraulic connector using the four-point bending loading principle is deter mined. A large tonnage bending load test device is designed. The finite element strength analysis check is carried out on the main bearing parts of the test device. The bending load test of the THC 183/4-70 Z lock block hydraulic connector is successfully completed using the test device. During the test, the stress value of the test piece is tested, and the bending moment value calculated by the reverse calculation is compared with the bending moment value collected by the data acquisition system of the test bench. It is proved that the accuracy of the test device satisfies the bending test of the hydraulic connector.
