摘 要:汽轮发电机转轴在超转速的情况下,套筒可能会因为过盈量不够而与转轴分离,从而影响发电机的正常运行,所以对转轴与套筒的最小过盈量的计算分析就变得尤为重要。文中以一台汽轮发电机转轴与励磁套筒过盈配合的结构为例,建立了其有限元计算模型并计算了最小过盈量。将有限元仿真的结果与理论计算的结果进行对比,结果表明,该转轴与套筒过盈配合所产生过盈量能满足设计的要求,同时验证了其结构设计的合理性。At the super-rotation speed of the turbine generator shaft, the sleeve may be separated from the shaft due to insufficient interference, which affects the normal operation of the generator. Therefore, the calculation and analysis of the minimum interference of the shaft and the sleeve become especially important. Taking a structure of the turbine generator shaft and the excitation sleeve interference fit as an example, the finite element calculation model is established and the minimum interference is calculated. Comparing the results of the finite element simulation with the theoretical calculation results, the results show that the interference generated by the interference fit between the shaft and the sleeve can meet the design requirements, and the rationality of the structural design is verified.
