摘　　要：目的总结CAD-CAM导板辅助下种植手术围术期的优质护理经验。方法对22例行CAD-CAM导板辅助下种植手术的患者开展围术期优质护理,术前就数字化设计与患者积极沟通,加强健康宣教与心理指导;术中密切配合医生,保证种植体植入精准度;术后有效对症处理,加强随访管理。结果本组患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间36 min。患者围术期心理状态平稳,依从性高,术后仅1例患者发生牙龈炎,经处理后有效改善。患者对护理服务的满意度为95.45%(21/22)。结论开展CAD-CAM导板辅助下种植手术围术期优质护理,可以有效消除患者不良情绪,提高依从性,保证手术疗效,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for patients undergoing computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)-guided implant surgery. Methods Totally 22 patients undergoing CAD/CAM-guided dental implant surgery were enrolled in the study. All patients received high-quality nursing interventions during the period of operation, including postoperative communication, health education, psychological care, close cooperation with doctors, symptomatic treatment after operation and follow-up management. Results The surgery was accomplished successfully in all patients, with an average time of 36 min. The psychological state of patients was stable during the operation period, and patients had a high level of compliance with operation. One case of gingivitis was followed up after operation. The patients satisfaction rate was 95.45%(21/22). Conclusion High-quality nursing care can effectively eliminate the patient’s negative mood, improve treatment compliance, ensure the curative effect, reduce the risk of complications and improve patients satisfaction.
