运用减压床垫联合泡沫敷料预防胸部肿瘤术后压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的医院收治的探讨运用减压床垫联合泡沫敷料能否加强胸部肿瘤术后压疮的预防效果。方法选取2017年5月-12月胸部肿瘤手术患者360例。观察组使用高级静态防压疮床垫,不粘贴泡沫敷料;对照组在使用高级静态防压疮床垫的基础上粘贴泡沫敷料。对比2组日均皮肤温度及压疮发生情况。结果 2组术后1、4 d日均皮肤温度差异有统计学意义,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生2(1.11%)例压疮,对照组无压疮发生,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论减压床垫联合泡沫敷料并不能加强预防压疮的效果,使用了高级静态防压疮床垫后无需再使用泡沫敷料。Objective To explore whether decompression mattress combined with foam dressing can enhance the preventive effect on pressure ulcer after thoracic tumor surgery. Methods Totally 360 patients who underwent thoracic surgery for tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 180 cases in each group. The advanced static decompression mattress was used in the observation group, and decompression mattress attached with foam dressing was used in the control group. The skin temperature was recorded, and the incidence of pressure ulcer was compared between two groups. Results There was a significant difference in skin temperature between the two groups at 1 d and 4 d after surgery(P<0.05). Two cases(1.11%) of pressure ulcers occurred in the observation group, and no pressure ulcers occurred in the control group, with no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Decompression mattress combined with foam dressing could not enhance the preventive effect on pressure ulcer. There is no need of foam dressing after using decompression mattress.
