摘 要:对三峡河段船舶安检效率的提升技术进行研究,针对目前三峡河段船舶安检现状,对长江三峡区域过闸船舶实施100%安检一周年以来取得的成绩及存在的问题进行剖析,提出进一步提高三峡河段船舶过闸安检效率的对策:通过加强船舶过闸安检信息化技术应用、提高航运企业和船方对安检工作的认识、提高船方配合度以及完善船舶靠检基地建设等措施,可提高船舶安检效率,促进三峡通航信息化发展,对于“智慧安检”平台的搭建具有重要意义。The technology of improving the safety inspection efficiency of ships crossing the Three Gorges section is studied.In view of the current status of ship safety inspection in the Three Gorges section,we probe into the achievements and problems one year after implementation of 100%safety inspection of the Yangtze River Three Gorges area,and put forward measures for further improving the safety inspection efficiency of ships passing through the three Gorges section.Through strengthening the application of the information technology for the safety inspection of ships passing the lock,improving the understanding of safety inspection work by shipping enterprises and shipowners,strengthening the shipowner’s cooperation and perfecting the construction of ship inspection base,we can reduce the working hours of safety inspection and promote the development of navigation informatization in the Three Gorges section.Moreover,it is of great significance for the establishment of the intelligent safety inspection platform.
