摘 要:船闸输水廊道是完成闸室充泄水的主要设备设施。为满足船闸排干检修需要,葛洲坝船闸在输水廊道设有平板检修门,落放后可以临时挡水,再通过抽排水实现闸室或阀门井的排干检修。因此,平板检修门落放后的止水效果异常重要,它直接关系到船闸停航检修时间。以葛洲坝船闸输水廊道平板检修门落放后的漏水问题为研究对象,分析导致漏水的原因,提出门体落放及工艺改进建议和措施,为今后门体的改造、落放及检测工艺改进等提供参考。The ship lock water gallery is the main equipment for completing the lock chamber water discharge.To meet the needs of ship locks,the Gezhouba Shiplock has a maintenance flat door in the water conveyance corridor.The drop of it can block water temporarily,then through pumping and drainage,we can realize the dry maintenance of the lock chamber or valve well.Therefore,it is extremely important to check the water-stopping effect after the flat door is lowered,which is directly related to the lockout time of the shiplock.Through the investigation of the water leakage problem after the flat door of Gezhouba ship lock waterway is overhauled,we analyze factors causing water leakage,and propose suggestions and measures for the door drop and process improvement,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the dropping,placement and inspection process.
