摘　　要：[目的]评价HIV感染者/AIDS病人抗病毒治疗服药依从性管理相关临床实践指南的质量。[方法]计算机检索电子数据库和相关指南网站,采用AGREEⅡ对纳入的循证指南进行质量评价,并分析各指南的推荐内容。[结果]共纳入7篇循证指南,AGREEⅡ的评价结果显示,范围和目的维度得分为88.89%,参与人员维度得分为83.33%,严谨性维度得分为65.63%,清晰性维度得分为85.19%,应用性维度得分为64.58%,编辑独立性维度得分为75.00%。[结论]纳入指南在HIV感染者/AIDS病人抗病毒治疗服药依从性管理相关临床实践指南的质量较高,但仍存在明显的不足,尤其是应用性和编辑独立性。Objective:To evaluate the quality of clinical practice guidelines related to management of medication adherence to antiretroviral therapy among HIV/AIDS patients.Methods:The databases and websites of relevant clinical practice guidelines were searched by computer.Quality of included evidence-based guidelines was evaluated by using AGREEⅡ.In addition,recommendations of each guidelines were analyzed.Results:Seven evidence-based guidelines were included.AGREEⅡ′s evaluation results showed that dimension score of scope and purpose was 88.89%.The dimension score of stakeholder involvement was 83.33%.The domain of rigor was 65.63%.The domain of clarity of presentation was 85.19%.The domain of applicability was 64.58%.The domain of editorial independence was 75.00%.Conclusion:In general,included clinical practice guidelines for management of HIV/AIDS medication adherence are of good quality.However,those guidelines,especially in terms of applicability and editorial independence,still exists significant shortcomings.
