“互联网+”背景下档案公众参与融合探析——基于江苏省各级档案网站公众参与板块的调查分析

摘　　要：公众参与是新时期档案工作的典型特征,为了探究我国档案网站与社交媒体平台在公众参与领域的融合情况,笔者采用定量分析的研究方法对江苏省内可有效访问的36个县市区级档案网站进行调研,发现目前档案网站与社交媒体平台基于公众参与领域的融合并不充分,依旧存在公众参与定位不清晰,融合目的不明确、公众参与内容交叉重复,参与活动层次不高,以及两者运行独立,互动率低等问题。为此,笔者从思想观念、制度保障以及融合的内容和方式等层面着手,对各要素的地位、关系以及实现条件进行系统论述,尝试构建一个“互联网+”背景下以社交媒体平台与档案网站公众参与融合为基础的新型档案公众参与模式,从而提升公众参与的效率及质量。with the promotion of the national"Internet+"action plan,the public participation concept of archives is more in-depth,the technology is more mature,the social media platform with its interactive,open,sharing characteristics,has become the archives website information service of the latest supplement.However,according to the investigation of government archives websites at all levels in Jiangsu province,the integration of government archives websites and social media platforms in the field of public participation is not sufficient.Therefore,it is urgent to broaden public participation channels of archives websites and build a public participation integration mechanism based on"Internet+".
