摘　　要：《黑图档嘉庆朝》内记载了嘉庆年间盛京地区发生的多次土地纠纷,记载了土地纠纷的类型、案件的审理过程以及纠纷的解决结果。通过对《黑图档嘉庆朝》内土地纠纷相关档案的归纳,分析当时独特的土地纠纷处理过程,以期补充清代地方纠纷的研究。Hetu Dangse file of Jiaqing Period records several land disputes happened in Shengjing during Jiaqing Period of Qing,the types of land disputes the course of case and the result of dispute resolution are recorded in the archives.By generalizing the land disputes,to analyze the unique land dispute settlement process at that time and replenish the study of local disputes in Qing Dynasty.
