摘　　要：目的评估改良式美皮康贴法对无创正压通气患者依从性及压疮发生率的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月在本院进行无创正压通气治疗的患者99例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(C组)、常规美皮康贴法组(R组)和改良式美皮康贴法组(I组)三组,每组各33例。C组采用常规方法护理,R组采用常规美皮康敷料贴法,I组采用改良式美皮康敷料贴法。观察指标为舒适度、依从性、压疮发生率。结果 I组与R组舒适度均高于C组(P<0.05),I组舒适度高于R组(P<0.05);I组与R组依从性均大于C组(P<0.05),I组与R组依从性无显著统计学差异(P>0.05);I组与R组压疮发生率均小于C组(P<0.05),I组与R组压疮发生率无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论改良式美皮康贴法可以提高无创正压通气患者的舒适度和依从性,降低压疮的发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of the improved Mepilex Border usage on the compliance of patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and the incidence of pressure sores.Methods 99 patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in our department from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group(group C),the routine Mepilex Border usage group(group R),and the improved Mepilex Border usage(group I).Group C was treated with conventional methods,group R was treated with routine Mepilex Border usage,and group I was treated with improved Mepilex Border usage.The observed indicators were comfort degree,compliance,and the incidence of pressure sores.Results The comfort degree of group I and group R was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).The comfort degree of group I was higher than that of group R(P<0.05).The compliance of group I and group R was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group I and group R(P>0.05).The incidence of pressure sores in group I and group R was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of pressure sores between group I and group R(P>0.05).Conclusions The improved Mepilex Border usage could improve the comfort degree and compliance of patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and reduce the incidence of pressure sores.
