摘 要:采用盆栽试验法,研究了山西省重要乡土灌木丽豆(Calophaca sinica)在干旱胁迫下,叶片外部形态及生理的变化,并运用模糊隶属函数法将其与野皂荚(Gleditsia microphylla)和连翘(Forsythia suspensa)进行对比。结果表明,从外部形态变化来看,丽豆抗旱性低于野皂荚,高于连翘。在3种灌木中,丽豆叶片含水量下降最小,说明其抗旱性最高。从叶绿素变化来看,丽豆的叶绿素含量下降最少,表明其抗旱能力最强。MDA和脯氨酸含量表明,丽豆的抗旱性是3种灌木中最高。抗氧化酶(POD,SOD)变化显示,丽豆抗旱性在野皂荚和连翘之间。模糊隶属函数法评价结果表明,野皂荚抗旱性最强,丽豆次之,连翘最低。可见,丽豆抗旱性较强,可用于山西省当地植被恢复。Calophaca sinica was an important local shrub in Shanxi, the changes of external morphology and physiological characteristics of its leaves under drought stress were studied using pot experiment. And it was compared with Gleditsia microphylla and Forsythia suspense using the fuzzy subordinate function method. Results showed that the drought resistance of C. sinica was lower than G. microphylla, while it is higher than F. suspense based on the changes of external morphology. According to the decline of leaves water content and chlorophyll content of C. sinica was the minimum, its drought resistant was the highest in the three plants. The drought resistant of C. sinica was the highest in the three shrub plants according to the MDA and proline content. However, changes of the antioxidant enzymes(POD, SOD) indicated that the drought resistant of C. sinica was between the G. microphylla and F. suspense. The results of fuzzy subordinate function method showed that drought resistance of the three plants were followed with G. microphylla > C. sinica > F. suspense. So C. sinica could be applied in the vegetation restoration of Shanxi province because it had stronger drought resistance.
