摘　　要：将现代服务业植入异质元素而独特成长的过程,能提供产业链延伸动力和增值潜质。传统产业在转型升级中,应针对人文管理、经济融合和公共服务缺陷,改变环境和观念,梳理细节并重视人文管理机制建设,健全政策并推进绩效协作机制建设,明确创新导向助推创业文化机制建设,营造生态环境并提高主导效率机制建设。The process of unique growth of modern service industry with heterogeneous elements embedded in it,which can provide industry chain extension power and value-added potential.In the process of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,human management,economic integration and the defects of public service should be directed against.In view of these,this paper proposes to change the environment and concept,comb out the details and attach importance to the humanistic management mechanism,improve policy and further the performance cooperation mechanism,make clear the innovation and promote the entrepreneurial culture mechanism,construct the ecology and improve the dominant efficiency mechanism.
