摘 要:为研究侧向压力对PBL(Perfobond Rib)剪力键受力全过程的影响机理,设计了4组PBL剪力键推出试验,采用螺杆施加侧向压力,进行全过程破坏加载试验,对试件的荷载-滑移曲线和破坏模式进行了分析。研究结果表明:PBL剪力键的抗剪刚度大,承载力高,剪力键延性好,达到极限承载力后剪力键承载能力降低,但不发生脆性破坏;侧向压力增强了混凝土板的整体性,试件破坏模式均为贯通钢筋剪断和底部混凝土压碎;侧向压力增强了PBL剪力键的抗剪承载力,增加幅度与侧向压力成正比;侧向压力以界面摩擦力的方式参与抗剪作用,钢混结合面的摩擦因数在试验全过程中保持稳定,测试值为0.78。In order to study the influence mechanism of lateral pressure on the whole process of PBL(Perfobond Rib)shear connectors,four sets of push out tests were designed.The load-slip curve and failure mode of the specimens were analyzed by the failure loading test of the whole process with the screw rod applied lateral pressure.The results show that PBL shear connector has large shear rigidity,high bearing capacity and good ductility.After it reaches the ultimate bearing capacity,the bearing capacity decreases,but no brittle failure occurs.The lateral pressure enhances the integrity of the concrete slab,and the failure modes of specimens are through shear of steel bars and bottom concrete crushing.The lateral pressure enhances the shear bearing capacity of PBL shear connector,the increase amplitude is proportional to lateral pressure.The lateral pressure participates in the shear resistance in the way of interface friction,and the friction coefficient of the steel-concrete interface remains stable during the whole test process,and the test value is 0.78.
