摘  要:预制装配式衬砌结构因施工速度快、质量高、易于维修等优点近年来在隧道工程领域备受关注。采用荷载-结构模型分析了不同围岩条件下整体衬砌内力特征。将衬砌结构分为8部分预制,采用有限元软件对预制结构进行了安全性验算,分析了不同接头刚度条件下接头处受力和变形。计算结果表明:隧道整体衬砌在Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ级围岩条件下轴力、弯矩、横向位移、竖向位移最大值分别为1192 kN,480 kN·m,13.9 mm,4.9 mm;预制装配式衬砌较整体衬砌在Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ级围岩条件下最大横向位移分别增加1.6%,2.4%和1.0%,最大竖向位移分别增加1.3%,1.3%和2.4%,最大轴力分别减小0.02%,0.01%和0.06%,最大弯矩分别增加0.20%,0.11%,0.15%。综合考虑受力稳定与变形限制,衬砌接头刚度应不小于230 MN·m/rad。Prefabricated assembly lining structure has attracted much attention in the field of tunnel engineering in recent years due to its advantages of fast construction speed,high quality and easy maintenance.The load-structure model was used to analyze the internal force characteristics of the integral lining under different surrounding rock conditions.The lining structure was divided into 8 prefabrication parts,the finite element software was used to check the safety of the prefabrication structure,and the stress and deformation of the joints under different joint stiffness were analyzed.The results show that the maximum values of axial force,bending moment,lateral displacement and vertical displacement of the tunnel integral lining are 1192 kN,480 kN·m,13.9 mm and 4.9 mm respectively under theⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴclass surrounding rock conditions.The maximum lateral displacement of prefabricated assembly lining increases by 1.6%,2.4%and 1.0%respectively,the maximum vertical displacement increases by 1.3%,1.3%and 2.4%respectively,the maximum axial force decreases by 0.02%,0.01%and 0.06%respectively,and the maximum bending moment increases by 0.20%,0.11%and 0.15%respectively under theⅢ,Ⅳ,Ⅴclass surrounding rock conditions by comparing with the tunnel integral lining.Considering the stress stability and deformation limitation,the joint stiffness of lining should not be less than 230 MN·m/rad.
