不同储藏年限对南瓜种子活力的影响

摘　　要：为了研究不同储藏年限对南瓜种子活力的影响程度,通过测定种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等指标,从多方面综合比较南瓜种子活力的大小。结果表明,储藏1 a的南瓜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为100%、85.33%、46.19粒/d;储藏5 a的南瓜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为100%、78%、44.29粒/d,与储藏1 a的南瓜种子相比无显著差异;储藏9、10 a的南瓜种子活力逐年下降,尤其储藏10 a的南瓜种子发芽率仅为40.66%,发芽势仅为12%,发芽指数为7.97粒/d,与储藏1 a的南瓜种子相比均有极显著差异。初步表明,储存1~5 a的种子发芽率高、发芽势整齐、整体活力较强,而常温储存10 a以上的种子活力较低,几乎失去种用价值。To study the influence of different storage years on pumpkin seeds vigor, seed germination rate, germination potential,germination index of pumpkin seed were measured, and the seed vigor was compared comprehensively from many aspects. The results showed that the germination rate of pumpkin seeds stored for 1 year was 100%, the germination potential was 85.33%, and the germination index was 46.19 grain/d. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of pumpkin seeds stored for5 years were 100%, 78% and 44.29 grain/d, respectively. There was no significant difference compared with the 1-year-old pumpkin seeds. The vigor of pumpkin seeds stored for 9 years and 10 years decreased year by year. In particular, the germination rate of pumpkin seeds stored for 10 years was 40.66%, the germination potential was only 12%, and the germination index was 7.97 grain/d, which was significantly difference from the one-year storage of pumpkin seeds. Preliminary results showed that the pumpkin seeds stored for 1-5 years had high germination rate, neat germination potential and strong overall vigor. But seeds stored at room temperature more than 10 years had low vigor and almost lose their seed value.
