摘 要:履带运行系统克服了自然或人为的障碍,使重型车辆可以在颠簸崎岖、冰雪覆盖的地形和沼泽表面上运行。橡胶履带的重要结构部件是钢帘线,其被放置于弹性体中,用于制造履带的胎面,目的是使履带结构变硬,保持其适当的挠度,并对拉伸力有足够的抵抗力。研究结果表明,在连续接触地基的条件下,橡胶履带运行时频繁制动和颠簸会导致钢帘线材料损伤及力学性能的变化。The track running system overcomes natural or man-made obstacles, enabling heavy vehicles to run on bumpy and rugged, snow-covered terrain and swamp surfaces. An important structural component of a rubber track is a steel cord, which is placed in an elastomer and used to make the tread of the track. The purpose is to stiffen the track structure, maintain its proper deflection, and have sufficient resistance to tensile forces. The research results show that under the condition of continuous contact with the foundation, frequent braking and bumping of the rubber track during running can cause damage to the steel cord material and change in mechanical properties.
