摘  要:采用磷酸盐与阳离子淀粉复合包覆法,以期降低硫酸钙晶须在水中的溶解度.具体改性条件为:磷酸盐法改性时间5 min,改性温度50℃,氢氧化镁加入量0.7%、浓度0.07 mol/L,干燥温度50℃,干燥时间2 h,磷酸二氢铵浓度0.08 mol/L、用量1.4%;阳离子淀粉用量3%,阳离子淀粉改性时间3 min、改性温度为50℃.结果表明,改性后晶须溶解度为0.025 g,较未改性晶须(溶解度为0.224 g)下降了88.8%,改性效果较好.Using composite coating of phosphate and cationic starch to reduce the solubility of calcium sulfate whiskers in water,the modification time was 5 min,temperature 50℃,magnesium hydroxide addition and concentration were 0.7%and 0.07 mol/L respectively,drying temperature and time of was 50℃and 2 h,the concentration and dosage of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was 0.08 mol/L and 1.4%,dosage of cationic starch was 3%and the temperature and time of starch modification were 50℃and 3 min.The results showed that better modification was achieved and the solubility of modified phosphogypsum whiskers reached 0.025 g.Compared with unmodified whiskers(solubility 0.224 g),the solubility decreased by 88.8%.
