摘 要:本文概述了近年来湖南省林业生物灾害的发生规律和防控现状,对未来全省林业生物灾害的发生形势进行了预测。从监测预警能力、防控防治能力、应急反应能力、检疫御灾能力等7个方面对湖南省林业生物灾害防控能力进行了分析,指出了当前防控体系建设不足之处,提出了林业生物灾害防控要从源头谋划,多部门协调、多地区联动,管理、科研、生产多领域有机结合,共同攻关等战略,为科学防控生物灾害提供理论依据。In this paper,we summarized the occurrence rule and the current situation of prevention and control of bio-disaster and predicted the trend of future in forestry in Hunan Province.From 7 aspects of monitoring and early warning ability,prevention and control ability,emergency reaction ability,quarantine and disaster prevention ability,etc.,we analyzed the bio-disaster prevention and control in forestry in Hunan Province,pointed out the deficiencies of current system construction and indicated that it was necessary for bio-disaster prevention and control in forestry to plan from the source,coordinate with various departments,interconnect with other regions,combine with management,science research and production,and research collaboratively,in order for providing theoretical support for bio-disaster prevention and control scientifically.
