摘 要:以研究湖南祁阳浯溪国家湿地公园流域生态经济可持续发展能力为目的,将涉及的13个乡(镇)作为基本单位,结合该流域现状,建立湖南祁阳浯溪国家湿地公园流域生态经济系统可持续发展评价指标体系,通过层次分析法下设3个基准层,筛选出13项指标,采用熵值法对该流域生态经济可持续发展进行探讨。结果表明:对湖南祁阳浯溪国家湿地公园流域生态经济系统可持续发展影响最大的层次为经济层,评价体系中人口密度、各乡(镇)常住人口和从业人员人数3个因子的权重值最大(0.0816),发展可持续系数在13个乡(镇)表现出一定差异性,最高值为浯溪街道办事处(0.3174),因其处于上游地区,生态环境优良,为生态经济可持续发展奠定了基础。In order to study the sustainable development of eco-economy in 13 townships(towns)in Qiyang Wuxi National Wetland Park Basin in Hunan Province,a sustainable development appraisal indicator system was established,taking the current situation into consideration.The system was uesd AHP containing 3 subsystems,covering 13 indicators.The results showed that among the indicator weight values for sustainable development of eco-economy in the Wuxi National Wetland Park Basin,the biggest impact subsystem was economic subsystem,and the most important weight value belonged to the population density,the permanent population of each township(town)and the number of employees(value 0.0816).The sustainable development coefficient for eco-economic system showed differences among 13 townships(towns)in this basin,and Wuxi subdistrict office got the highest score(0.3174)in sustainable development coefficient because of its excellent ecological environment in the upriver area,which laid a good foundation for the sustainable development of eco-economy.
