关于省级广电监测监管信息分析预警研判的思考

摘　　要：近年来,随着广播电视信息化建设速度加快,信息数据也越来越丰富,但是对信息数据的分析研判存在分析方法落后,产品质量不高等诸多问题。如何有效运用大数据技术,构建广电关键基础数据网络,强化对省级广播电视和网络视听资源的挖掘,成为当务之急。本文分析了省级广播电视监测监管信息研判的现状,融合研判工作模式、建立协作机制、培养人才队伍于一体,提出了一种新的网络视听信息研判构想。In recent years,with the rapid development of radio and television information construction,information data is becoming more and more abundant,but there are many problems in the analysis and judgment of information data,such as backward analysis methods,low quality and so on.In order to effectively use the technology of big data,we need to build a key and basic data network for the feld of radio and television,and strengthen the mining of audio and video resources in provincial radio and television system and internet.This paper analyzes the research status of provincial radio and television monitoring and supervision information,and proposes a new scheme of network audiovisual information research and judgment.The scheme integrates the mode of research and judgment,establishes the mechanism of cooperation,and cultivates professionals.
