摘 要:随着对汽轮机经济性要求的日益提高,高效、多级的小焓降叶片成为当前汽轮机行业的主流技术,为了保证汽轮机叶片运行的安全性,哈汽公司开发了小焓降预扭叶片。本文全面地介绍了汽轮机小焓降预扭叶片的设计及装配方法,其中,着重介绍了小焓降预扭叶片的核心设计原理,从预扭量设计、结构设计、强度考核等方面介绍了叶片的设计方法,并通过装配过程以及检查要点介绍了小焓降预扭叶片的装配方法。经过数年的使用及运行验证,采用该方法设计的叶片稳定可靠,在保证汽轮机运行安全的前提下有效的提高了运行效率。该方法有效性为日后汽轮机的设计提供了经验参考。Efficient multi-stage blades with small enthalpy drop has become main steam technologies in the steam turbine industry with increasingly demand for higher economic performance of the unit,and Harbin Turbine Co.,Ltd.developed pre-twist blades with small enthalpy drop accordingly to ensure operational safety of turbine blades.This paper introduces the design and assembly methods of steam turbine pre-twist blades with small enthalpy drop in a comprehensive manner,including core design principles,design methods in terms of design of pre-twist amount,structural design and strength assessment etc.as well as its assembly methods by virtue of the assembly processes and inspection key points.After several years of use and operation verification,the blade designed by this method is stable and reliable,and the operating efficiency is effectively improved under the premise of ensuring the safety of the turbine.The effectiveness of this method provides an empirical reference for the design of steam turbines in the future.
