摘 要:为了满足坦克等履带车辆轻量化高性能的需求,通过优化高性能铝合金成分及冶金质量控制技术、精密成形及金相组织控制技术、精密热处理技术,探索出了合适的浇铸温度、冷却水量、铸造速度及锻造成型关键参数,完成了耐磨钢与铝合金一次锻造成形铝合金精密模锻件,实现了钢铝复合锻造,解决了铝合金耐磨性差的问题。结果表明,履带板力学性能、断裂性能等综合性能好,室温力学性能:Rm>670 MPa,Rp0.2>650 MPa,A≥5%;断口主要为穿晶韧窝断裂,时效后的晶内沉淀相主要有棒状和圆形2种形貌,尺寸为5~10 nm且沉淀相析出的体积分数较高,强化效果好。实现了铝合金履带板在装甲车辆上批量应用的目标,对军用履带车辆的轻量化起到了一定的指导作用。In order to satisfy the lightweight and high performance of armored vehicle,precision die forgings with wear-resistant steel and aluminum alloy could be produced by once forming through adopting constituents optimization of high-performance aluminum alloy,metallographic structure control technology,precision forming and precise thermal treatment.And the accurate casting temperature,the flow rate of cooling water,casting rate and the key parameters of forging were obtained.It realized the combination forging process of steel material and aluminum alloy material,and the problem of poor wear resistance of aluminum alloy was solved.The results showed that the mechanical properties and fracture properties of the caterpillar board were good,and the mechanical properties at room temperature can reach Rm>670 MPa,Rp0.2>650 MPa,A≥5%.The fracture surface was mainly transgranular dimple fracture,the intragranular precipitates with 5-10 nm and high volume fraction were mainly rod-like and circular in morphology.The batch production of aluminum alloy soleplate could be achieved on armored vehicle and had guiding significance for the lightweight and high performance of armored vehicle.
