摘 要:研究了着色剂、外加剂、配合比等对混凝土色泽及工作性的影响机制;通过微观测试手段研究着色剂对水化产物形成影响及其吸附分布。结果表明:铁黑颜料对新拌浆体的流动性影响较小,但高掺量时引起混凝土表面泛白、性能劣化;碳黑颜料具有比铁黑更强的着色能力,但其显著劣化浆体流动性;碳黑粒子主要通过黏附作用附着在氢氧化钙及基体孔隙,且有利于水化产物的成核结晶形成;铁黑粒子通过机械及静电作用固结在混凝土结构中,但其在一定程度上会抑制氢氧化钙的形成;综合考虑浆体流动性及色泽的情况下,选用复配着色剂方案,混凝土可满足流动性、色泽及性能要求。The influence mechanism of colorants,admixtures and mix parameters on the surface color and workability of concrete were studied.In addition,the distribution of colorants in hydration products and the effects on the formation of hydration products were studied by means of microscopic measurement.The results show that iron oxide pigments have little effect on slurry fluidity,but high content of iron oxide pigments causes complex problems such as white surface of concrete and deterioration of mechanical durability.Carbon black pigments have higher coloring ability than iron black pigments,but it significantly deteriorates the fluidity of fresh concrete paste.Carbon black pigment particles mainly adhere to hydrated calcium hydroxide and matrix pore through adhesion,which is conducive to the nucleation and crystallization of hydrated products;iron black pigment particles consolidate in concrete structure through mechanical and electrostatic action,but it inhibits the formation of calcium hydroxide to a certain extent;Considering the slurry fluidity and color,the concrete can meet the requirements of fluidity,color and excellent performance by choosing the complex colorant scheme of carbon black and iron black pigments.
