摘 要:金属钐-氯化亚铜联合催化偶联体系有效实现了卤代烃自偶联反应。探索了温度、时间、底物结构和催化剂等反应条件对实验结果的影响。研究发现,在回流条件下,苄基卤化物和芳基卤化物均能实现偶联反应。其中,苄基卤化物的偶联效果较好(87%~95%),而且芳环取代基对产率也有一定影响。同时发现,加入适量KI对CuCl催化偶联反应能否实现具有决定性作用。给出了代表性产物的1H NMR、13C NMR及熔点等数据表征。The homocoupling reaction of halohydrocarbons was realized effectively by the combined catalytic system of samarium metal and cuprous chloride.The influences of temperature,reaction time,structure of the substances and catalyst were investigated.Both benzyl halides and aryl halides can conduct homocoupling reaction under reflux.Benzyl halides performed better with the yields of 87%—95%,while aryl halides had the negative effect towards the results.It was also discovered that suitable amount of potassium iodide was crucial in realizing the coupling reaction.The products were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,and melting points.
