摘 要:基于流体动力学理论与空气涡轮机的设计原理,设计了一种适用于太阳能热气流电站系统的双转子空气涡轮机。利用实验研究和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了当两级转子最佳半径比为0.75时,叶片数目对双转子空气涡轮机性能的影响。结果表明:叶片数目会影响空气涡轮机获能效率,当叶片数目为7时压力差最大,系统输出功率也最大;双转子空气涡轮机的启动风速随叶片数目的增加而不断减小,叶片最佳风速范围低于9 m·s^-1。当两级叶轮间距为0.7 m时,叶轮之间不会产生尾流影响;数值模拟结果和实验研究结果相一致,误差范围在6%~12%之间。相对于单转子空气涡轮机,双转子空气涡轮机发电效率提高了20%~30%,空气涡轮机性能显著提高。Based on the theory of fluid dynamics and the design principle of air turbine,a dual-rotor air turbine suitable for solar thermal airflow power station system is designed.Using the combination of experimental research and numerical simulation,the influence of the number of blades on the performance of the dual-rotor air turbine is studied when the optimal radius ratio of the two-stage rotor is 0.75.The results show that the number of blades affects the efficiency of air turbines.When the number of blades is 7,the pressure difference is the largest and the output power of the system is also the largest.The starting wind speed of the dual-rotor air turbine decreases with the increase of the number of blades.The range is less than 9 m·s^-1.When the two-stage rotor spacing is 0.7 m,no wake influence will occur between the rotors;the numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,and the error range is between 6%and 11%.Compared to single-rotor air turbines,dual-rotor air turbines have increased power generation efficiency by 20%—30%and air turbine performance is significantly improved.
