摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合低能量激光治疗雄激素性秃发的临床疗效。方法90例雄激素性秃发患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用针刺联合低能量激光治疗,对照组采用外涂5%米诺地尔酊治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前后采用Horus scope手持式光学皮肤镜观察毛发直径改善、毳毛增多等皮肤镜征象变化。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为84.1%和61.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率优于对照组;治疗后两组患者皮肤镜征象均有所改善,其中>20%毛发直径变细显著减少(P<0.05),治疗组局部无毛症显著减少(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标改善均优于对照组。结论针刺联合低能量激光治疗雄激素性秃发疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus low-energy laser in treating androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Method Ninety AGA patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group by the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus low-energy laser,and the control group was treated with external application of 5% Minoxidil tincture.The therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups.Before and after treatment,Horus scope hand-held optical dermoscope was used to observe the changes of dermoscopic signs including the improvement in hair diameter and the increase in fine hair.Result After 6-month treatment,the total effective rate was 84.1%in the treatment group and was 61.9%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group comparing the total effective rate.The dermoscopic signs all showed improvement to some extent in the two groups,>20% presenting significant improvement in reduced hair diameter(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed significant reduction in topical atrichia(P<0.05).The treatment group showed more significant improvement in each parameter compared with the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with low-energy laser can produce significant therapeutic efficacy in treating AGA.
