摘　　要：目的设计一份关于体检超声的较完整和全面的需求问卷以及利用该问卷进行调查,并对调查结果进行综合分析。方法通过德尔菲专家咨询法及信效度检测形成正式问卷,以纸质版形式发放问卷,回收后统一录入问卷系统,对问卷结果进行描述性分析。结果发现目前体检中超声检查仍然以普通体检为主(93.28%),对超声设备的需求也侧重于基础图像质量,先进功能在高端体检和专科体检中具有较好的市场71.43%。平均每家机构用于体检的进口超声设备有6.4台,国产设备9.21台,国产设备多于进口设备。80.51%的受调查者认为国产超声设备能够满足常规体检需求。结论受调查者普遍认为国产设备能够满足体检需求,但体检机构中的国产设备中多老旧机型,若能够合理置换国产设备较新的机型,可能对提高工作效率,提升操作医生的使用体验方面有较大的促进作用。Objective To design a more complete and comprehensive demand questionnaire about physical examination ultrasound and use the questionnaire for investigation,and make a comprehensive analysis of the survey results.Methods Delphi’s expert consultation method and reliability and validity test were used to form a formal questionnaire.The questionnaires were issued in paper forms,and results were entered into the questionnaire system after recovery.Finally,the questionnaire results were analyzed in a descriptive manner.Results It was found that the current ultrasound examinations were still dominated by ordinary medical examinations(93.28%),and the demand for ultrasound equipment also focused on basic image quality.Advanced functions had a good market of 71.43%in high-end physical examinations and specialty medical examinations.On average,6.4 imported ultrasonic equipment and 9.21 domestic equipment were used for physical examination in each institution,with more domestic equipment than imported equipment.80.51%of respondents believed that domestic ultrasonic equipment could meet the needs of routine physical examination.Conclusion The respondents generally believe that domestic equipment can meet the needs of physical examination,but the domestic equipment in the physical examination institutions are mostly old models.If the relatively new models of domestic equipment can be replaced reasonably,it may play a significant role in improving work efficiency and improving the experience of operating doctors.
