摘 要:目的探讨失效模式和效应分析方法对降低复用手术器械处理风险,提升工作质量和效率的效果。方法运用失效模式和效应分析法对手术器械处理流程进行分析,针对高风险因素给予干预,完善手术器械处理流程。结果FMEA实施前后RPN由(194.7±39.3)降至(41.18±9.94),手术器械全程处理时间由实施前276 min缩减至214 min,灭菌包合格率合由99.3%提升至99.8%,实施FMEA前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)结论应用失效模式和效因分析能有效的降低手术器械处理风险,提升工作效率和工作质量,保障无菌物品的及时、有效的供应。Objective To explore the effect of failure mode and effect analysis method on reducing the risk of reusable surgical instruments and improving the quality and efficiency of work.Methods Failure mode and effect analysis were used to analyze the treatment process of surgical instruments,and focus on high risk factors to improve the treatment process of surgical instruments.Results Before and after FMEA,RPN decreased from(194.7±39.3)to(41.18±9.94).The total processing time of surgical instruments decreased from 276 minutes to 214 minutes.The qualified rate of sterilization packages increased from 99.3%to 99.8%.There was significant difference before and after FMEA(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of failure mode and cause analysis can effectively reduce the risk of surgical instruments treatment,improve work efficiency and quality,ensure the timely and effective supply of sterile goods.
