摘　　要：本文运用归类分析法对腹腔镜系统的常见故障进行归类分析,并制定相应的术中紧急处置措施。总结分析了腹腔镜系统的工作原理,并对气腹机故障、摄像头故障和显示器故障的表现形式、发生原因、术中紧急处置措施进行逐一解析,顺利解决术中故障。基于解析的常见故障,本文旨在引导手术医师规范化的操作和使用该类设备,同时在一定程度上指导该类设备日常的维修及保养工作。In this paper,the classification analysis method was used to classify the common faults of the laparoscopic system,and the corresponding intraoperative emergency treatment measures were formulated.The working principle of the laparoscopic system was summarized and analyzed,and the manifestations,causes and emergency treatment measures of the pneumothorax failure,camera failure and display failure were analyzed one by one to solve the intraoperative failure smoothly.Based on the analysis of common faults,,this paper aims to guide the surgeon to operate and use the equipment in a standardized manner,and at the same time guide the daily repair and maintenance of such equipment to a certain extent.
