摘  要:面对巨大的钢绞线斜拉索市场,优化钢绞线单根张拉装置,达到“人材机”方面节能降本效益有重要意义。通过对平行钢绞线斜拉索单根钢绞线张拉装置改进,新的单根钢绞线张拉方式很好地继承了传统张拉方式的优点,并与顶压工艺合二为一,减少了钢绞线锚固应力损失,从初期开始就提高钢绞线的锚固效果;而且在“人材机”节约成本方面都有不错的经济效益,值得在钢绞线斜拉索施工中推广使用。In the face of the huge market of cable-stayed cables,it is of great significance to optimize the single tension device of steel strand to achieve the benefit of energy saving and cost reduction in"human material machine".By improving the tension device of single steel strand with parallel steel strand,the new tension mode of single steel strand inherits the advantages of the traditional tension square type,and is combined with the top pressure process,which reduces the anchoring stress loss of steel strand and improves the anchoring effect of steel strand from the beginning.Moreover,it has good economic benefits in saving cost of"human material machine",which is worth popularizing and using in the construction of cable-stayed cables with steel strands.
