摘  要:以大断面厚顶煤巷道的围岩破坏机理为依据,采用FLAC3D数值模拟计算,对传统联合支护和锚杆索协同支护的围岩变形、塑性区分布等进行了对比分析。结果表明:单纯增加锚索的局部支护密度对顶板支护意义并不大,支护过程中应重视顶板锚索的均匀布置,使得锚杆、索充分发挥协同支护作用;研究发现锚杆、索协同支护体系可以将锚杆、索等支护构件的锚固作用最大化,节省支护成本,并有效改善围岩的变形状况,防止巷道围岩出现大变形甚至片帮、冒顶等事故。现场应用试验表明,采用锚杆、索协同支护体系后,巷道顶板下沉量和两帮移近量较传统支护方案分别减少了21.3%和18.4%,支护效果良好。Based on the failure mechanism of surrounding rock in roadway with large-section and thick top coal,the FLAC3 D numerical simulation calculation was used to compare the deformation and plastic zone distribution of the traditional combined support and synergistic support of bolts and cables.The results showed that only increasing the local support density of anchor cable was of little significance to the roof support.In the support process,the uniform arrangement of the roof cables should be emphasized,so that the bolts and cables can fully play the synergistic support effect.It was found that the synergistic support system can maximize the anchoring function of the bolts,cables and other supporting members,save the support cost,effectively improve the deformation of the surrounding rock,as well as prevent large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and even accidents such as chipping and roofing.The field application test showed that the subsidence of the roof and the displacement between two sides of the roadway were reduced by 21.3%and 18.4%respectively,and the support effect was good.
