摘 要:《淮南鸿烈》20篇通过以道言事、以事显道,阐发了其对天地之理的探究,对人间之事的接续,对帝王之道的完善。《淮南鸿烈》接续老庄之"道",在兼采儒、墨、名、法等其他家思想的同时,创造性地将老庄之"道"转化为治国之"术"。《齐俗训》是《淮南鸿烈》中单独成篇并集中论述地方风俗与治理之术的篇目,该篇对风俗的表现形式和政教功能进行了集中论述,主张以"礼义"为本的风俗观和"齐俗"为核心的政教观,将风俗之教化问题看成是系于人事之终始、政事之成败的关键。The twenty chapters in The HuaiNanHonglie aim to explore principles between the heaven and earth, understanding human affairs and perfecting ruler’s techniques through connecting "Dao" and human event. The HuaiNanHonglie continues the theory of "Dao" from Lao-Tzu and Chuang-Tzu, adopting Confucianism, Monism, Logicians, Legalism and other schools’ thoughts, creatively transformed the "Dao" into the "Art" of governing. Integrating Customs is an independent chapter on discussing local customs and governing techniques, and The HuaiNanHonglie puts the customs as the key issue to handle the human affairs. This paper tries to elaborate the presentation form and establishing principles of customs to affirm its cultivation function in the Western Han Dynasty.
