摘　　要：本文详细记录了鼻结石的诊断及治疗全过程。患者病程较长,CT及标本图可以见到明显的鼻石核心。巨大的鼻结石造成鼻中隔穿孔。完善相关检査后采用内窥镜手术将鼻结石取出。该类疾病的治疗应以取石为目的,同时充分重视CT检查在诊断及治疗中的作用。This paper records the diagnosis and treatment of rhinolith in detail.The patient has a long course of disease,and obvious rhinolith core can be seen in computed tomography(CT)and specimen diagram.Large rhinolith cause perforation of the nasal septum.After the completion of the relevant examination,the rhinolith was removed by endoscopic surgery.The treatment of this kind of disease should be aimed at stone extraction,and the role of CT in diagnosis and treatment should be paid full attention to.
