摘 要:采用生化工艺处理冷轧含油废水,连续一年监测生化池中的各项水质指标,研究生化池中污染物去除规律。水质数据结果表明,生化池的水温在16.1~37.2℃之间,总油、TOC和COD的平均去除效率分别为94.8%、85.4%和83.1%。微生物高通量测序研究发现,含油生化系统中,核心菌门为变形菌门、拟杆菌门、芽单胞菌门和酸杆菌门,主要菌纲为α-变形菌纲、γ-变形菌纲和β-变形菌纲。Biochemical process has been applied to the treatment of oily wastewater from coldrolling mill.The process operation and pollutants removal orders of biological system were investigated for one year.The results of water quality data showed that the average removal efficiencies of total oil,TOC and COD were 94.8%,85.4%and 83.1%,respectively,when the temperature of biochemical poolwas in the range of 16.1~37.2℃.The microbial communities in oily wastewater treatment were investigated by high-throughput sequencing,it showed thatthe most abundant bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Gemmatimonadetes and A cidobacteria;the major class were Alphaproteobacteria,Gammaproteobacteria and Betaproteobacteria.
