摘  要:介绍了一种新颖完善的一级膜与二级膜组合工艺在新疆某煤化工废水工程的应用及其运行效果。结果表明,一级膜工艺最终产水达到优质再生水Ⅰ类,膜脱盐率可达到97%;二级膜浓缩工艺中高效反渗透(HERO)装置产水达到优质再生水Ⅱ类,机械蒸汽再压缩浓缩液(MVR)经晶种分离法得到的硫酸钠晶体符合GB/T 6009-2014的Ⅱ类合格品。可将废水资源化处理,达到近零排放目的。A novel and perfect integrated technology of the first and second membrane applied to a coal chemical industrial wastewater project in Xinjiang and its operation effect were introduced.The results showed that the final water produced in the first membrane process reached to the high quality reclaimed water class I,the membrane salt rejection rate reached to be 97%;The water produced in the high efficiency reverse osmosis(HERO)device with the second membrane concentration process reached to the high quality reclaimed water classⅡ;Sodium sulfate crystal obtained by crystal separation method of the MVR evaporation concentrate liquid met the requirements of GB/T 6009-2014 classⅡqualified product.This technology can recycle wastewater to achieve the goal of near zero discharge.
