摘 要:目的:探讨电针联合康复训练治疗小儿偏瘫的疗效。方法:将48例小儿偏瘫患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用综合康复训练治疗,根据不同患儿的生长发育及个体情况,制定符合患儿病情的个体化康复训练。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用头针、体针,体针穴位连接电针治疗仪。两组均以4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗第1疗程结束后治疗组改良Ashworth评分、GMFM-88及FMFM疗效评估均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第3疗程结束后,治疗组改良Ashworth评分、GMFM-88及FMFM疗效评估明显均优于对照组同期水平(P<0.01)。结论:电针联合综合康复训练治疗小儿偏瘫可有效提高偏瘫患儿的日常生活能力和运动功能,降低患儿肌张力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electro acupuncture with rehabilitation training in the children with cerebral palsy with Hemiplegia.Methods:48 children with hemiplegia admitted to rehabilitation department were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received rehabilitation training,according to the growth,development and individual situation of different children,individualized rehabilitation training should be developed.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with scalp and body acupuncture,and the body acupuncture points were connected with the electro-acupuncture therapeutic apparatus.4 weeks was 1 course of treatment.2 groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment.Results:The improved Ashworth score,GMFM-88 and FMFM efficacy evaluation of the treatment group were better than those of the control group after the end of the first course of treatment(P<0.05).At the end of the third course of treatment,the improved Ashworth score,GMFM-88 and FMFM efficacy evaluation in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.01).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can reduce limb muscle tension,improve children’s motor function and self-care ability.
