摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定天王补心片中五味子醇甲和藁本内酯含量的超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)的检测方法。方法:采用Waters Acquity HSS C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲酸-水体系梯度洗脱,体积流量0.4ml/min,质谱正离子模式扫描,进样量2.0μl。结果:在一定范围内均呈现良好线性关系;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;加样回收率在95%以上。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、快速,重复性好,以天王补心片中两种主要成分为指标对其含量测定提供科学依据,可为天王补心片中其它成分含量的同时快速测定的方法研究提供参考。Objective:To develop an UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method for the determination of schisandrin and ligustilide in Tianwang Buxin tables.Methods:The analysis was performed on a waters acquity HSS C18 column(2.1 mm× 100 mm,1.7μm)with the mixture of acetonitrile-water-formic acid as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 0.4 ml/min;MS scanning mode:positive;Sample volume:2.0μl.Results:The linear relationship between the concentration and peak areas of the seven compounds were all linear.The average recoveries(n=6)were more than 95%.Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate,rapid and reproducible.It provides a scientific basis for the determination of two main components in Tianwang Buxin tables,it can provide a reference for the study of the method for the simultaneous rapid determination of other components in Tianwang Buxin tablets.
