摘 要:目前,加工含酸原油的常减压蒸馏装置低温腐蚀监测方法存在监测灵敏度低、监测范围窄等缺点。该文提出加工含酸原油的常减压蒸馏装置低温腐蚀监测研究,通过监测点的布设,腐蚀图像、温度、压力、pH数据的采集和处理,氯离子和铁离子的测定,装置厚度及垢样的测定,完成了常减压蒸馏装置的低温腐蚀监测。此外,对提出的腐蚀监测方法和传统方法进行对比实验,结果表明,该文监测方法的监测灵敏度更高,监测范围更广。At present,the low-temperature corrosion monitoring method for the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for processing acid-containing crude oil has the disadvantages of low monitoring sensitivity and narrow monitoring range.This paper proposed a low temperature corrosion monitoring study of an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for processing acid-containing crude oil.Through the monitoring point layout,the corrosion image,temperature,pressure,pH data acquisition and processing,chloride ion and iron ion determination,device thickness and scale measurement,thus complete the low temperature corrosion monitoring of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.In addition,the proposed corrosion monitoring method and the traditional method are compared.The experimental results show that the monitoring method has higher monitoring sensitivity and wider monitoring range.
