摘 要:为了提高离体皮肤组织激光焊接工艺的稳定性和可靠性,获得激光工艺参数的改变对组织切口性能和热损伤的影响规律,量化激光工艺参数与离体皮肤组织切口抗张强度和热损伤参数之间的关系,基于单因子试验,分析了激光功率、激光频率等焊接工艺参数对离体皮肤组织切口融合效果及组织表面形貌的影响规律,并确定了激光功率、激光频率参数范围。采用锯齿形扫描方式和添加牛血清蛋白作为助焊剂可有效促进离体皮肤组织融合效果。In order to improve the stability and reliability of laser welding process in isolated skin tissue,the effects of laser process parameters on tissue incision performance and thermal damage are obtained,the relationships between laser process parameters and vitro skin tissue incision tensile strength and thermal damage parameter are quantified.Based on single factor test,the influences of welding power parameters such as laser power,laser frequency and more on incision fusion effect and tissue surface morphology of isolated skin tissue are analyzed. And the parameter ranges of laser power and laser frequency are determined. Zigzag scanning and the addition of bovine serum albumin are used as the flux which can effectively promote the fusion effect of isolated skin tissue.
