对去势大鼠牙周炎模型建立的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大鼠分别在去势、结扎后骨质疏松的情况,从而研究妇女在绝经期后的牙周组织变化。方法:先将SD大鼠随机分成3组:去势组:手术法摘除大鼠双侧卵巢;假手术组:同样方法摘除大鼠双侧卵巢旁同等大小脂肪;去势结扎组:用棉线结扎大鼠两侧上颌第一磨牙。结果:牙周袋形成,牙周附着丧失,骨密度降低,牙槽骨吸收。结论:去势大鼠可以引起骨质疏松,实验性结扎后骨质疏松性牙周炎更加显著。Objective:to observe the osteoporosis of rats after castration and ligation,so as to study the periodontal tissue changes of women after menopause.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:castration group:surgical removal of bilateral ovaries of rats;Sham operation group:the same method was used to remove the same size of fat beside both ovaries of rats.Castration and ligation group:the first maxillary molar of both sides of rats was ligated with cotton thread.Results:periodontal pocket was formed,periodontal attachment was lost,bone density was decreased and alveolar bone was absorbed.Conclusion:castrated rats can cause osteoporosis,and the osteoporotic periodontitis is more significant after experimental ligation.
