免疫调节剂在梅毒血清固定中的应用与展望

摘　　要：常规方法治疗梅毒后,可发生梅毒血清固定(又名梅毒血清抵抗),且近年来有上升趋势。研究表明梅毒血清固定的发生与多种因素有关,但确切的发病机制尚不清楚,目前研究主要集中在免疫力上。一旦发生梅毒血清固定,单纯青霉素剂量的增加和延长治疗过程对患者无益。梅毒的抗生素治疗仅对免疫功能正常的机体有效。梅毒血清固定病人存在免疫异常,联合或单独使用免疫调节剂的再治疗通常在临床中应用。临床上白血胞介素-2、胸腺肽、匹多莫德、卡介菌多糖核酸、乌体林斯、糖皮质激素等免疫调节剂已在血清固定病人中使用,并且获得较好疗效。就免疫调节剂在梅毒血清固定患者中的应用进行综述,旨在为梅毒血清固定的诊疗提供参考。After conventional treatment of syphilis,serofast(also known as sero-resistance)can occur,and there has been an upward trend in recent years.Studies have shown that the occurrence of syphilis serofast is related to a variety of factors,but the exact pathogenesis is still unclear.The current research is mainly focused on immunity.In the event of syphilis serofast,an increase in the dose of penicillin alone and prolonged treatment are not beneficial to the patient.Antibiotic treatment of syphilis is only effective in organisms with normal immune function.Immunological abnormalities exist in patients with syphilis serofast,and retreatment with immunomodulators in combination or alone is usually applied in the clinic.Clinically,immunomodulators such as interleukin-2,thymosin,pidotimod,BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid,Utilin,and glucocorticoid have been used in serofast patients and have achieved positive therapeutic effects.This article reviews the application of immunomodulators in patients with syphilis serofast.It is intended to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of syphilis serofast.
