摘 要:目的探讨在幕课背景下微课程与翻转课堂结合的教学方法在中医内科“胃痛”教学中的教学效果。方法将我校2016—2017届泰国临床实习中医专业学生60名随机分别为试验组和对照组。试验组采用微课程与翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。分别比较2组的入科理论成绩、技能操作成绩、出科理论成绩,案例分析成绩,并对2组满意度进行问卷调查。结果2组入科理论成绩无统计学差异(P>0.05),但实验组的技能操作成绩,出科理论成绩及病例分析成绩均高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论在中医内科胃痛病的临床实习中中采用微课程与翻转课堂相结合教学方法有助于提高学生的自学能力、对知识的应用能力,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the teaching method of micro-lecture and flipped classroom in the clinical practice of stomachache in internal medicine of traditional CHINese medicine under the background of Massive Open Online Course.Methods Sixty Thai clinical interns from 2016 to 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the micro-lecture and flipped classroom teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The theoretical scores,skill operation scores,theoretical results of the subjects,case analysis results,and questionnaires of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but the results of the skill operation,theoretical results and case analysis of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion In the clinical practice of TCM medical stomachache,the combination of micro-course and flipped classroom teaching method can improve students’self-learning ability,application ability and improve teaching effect.
